Does anyone have any information on the Amazing Spider Man comic?

I was a novice collector back in the day (Deathlok loved by the way) and found an Amazing Spiderman # 3 (first appearance of Dr. Octopus) and X-Man # 13 just to name a few. The Amazing Spider Man still has its cover and in relatively good and there are about 5 X-Men, each with the lid. These comics are in the early 60s and are there about 40 of them. Where would I price these things? I know, from when I was a kid, the comic book and baseball card dealers are garbage bags, so it's not going to be there.
