What is the difference between mp 70 and mp 69 dollar coin?

I found the presidential coins again in two different tests. 70 and 69. The price difference is big. Is it worth to get the test 69. Im not a coin collector, but I'm very interested. I think it's a good hobby to enter. serious answers. Thank you.

Coin grading is in fact, some men view. There is no scientific formula. Also in recent years classification rules have changed. I must add that for good. At this point most proof coins from the mint are high grade anyway because of the modern minting techniques. I am old school and I think there is no such thing as a proof or mint state coins 70.
